Dear Comr.
Prosper Amove,

I'm so much impressed with the good work you've done  for the University within your terrain and scope of office as the  Public Relations Officer, of the most  Prestigious Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi.

I make it bold without fear of favour, that You've really done well, and we are proud.

But, Sir, Great Makurdians, in recent time are no longer, taking your words seriously.

But why???

Based on logistics, you needed to confirm any information and ensured it was reliable before disseminating it.

However, in most cases you've failed,
can't really tell whether the shortcomings are from you or the University's Administration.

The said Accommodation list which, you kept  singing that, it will be out, has not for once yielded result, even when its obvious, you're posting it for the third time, to assure us to be calm.

As Gentlemen, we kept longing and anticipating a positive result, which has failed us today again for the third time.

With due respect Sir, I'm by no means trying to discredit your office, but to urge you to be fair to us when ever you're intimating us on what concerns
us, and not getting us deformed by availing us with  falsehood.

Conclusively, for the hostel list which was  billed to be released, but held no water, I wish to emphatically say, be realistic to us, if it's not coming out as expected, kindly inform us to keep all hopes away. I personally, can't reallytell the numberof times,  I'd to convince many curious friends around not to give up, owing to your write ups.

Please, kindly save us the stress,  by telling us what we need to hear.

By so doing, you will administer justice to us.
