Women supporters clamour for unfreezing of Patience Jonathan's account.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had earlier on September 22 ordered the freezing of some bank accounts belonging to Jonathan.

This is was because of the ongoing investigations because of the alleged money laundering charge levied on her.

For this reason, over 100 women supporters of Patience Jonathan stormed Federal high Court in Lagos state chanting solidarity songs.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) also reports that the placard-carrying women, chanted songs in Ijaw and English Languages.

Jonathan has gone to human right court to ask for the unfreezing of the account.

According to Daily times, She is also claiming the sum of 200 million dollars against the commission as damages for allegedly infringing on her fundamental rights.

Some persons have said that she is getting what she deserves. That they should investigate her very well.
