Horrible sight in Anambra state as gun men attacked Church

It was tragic in Anambra state of Nigeria as some group of armed men broke into St Philips Catholic Church in Ozubulu when worshippers were worshipping God.

According to witness who is a member of he church and a survivor, she heard a gun shot which statled her and before she could know it, men armed with AK-47 riffle stormed the church and killed several worshippers.

It was quite chaotic as many ran out for their lives. Several sustained injuries in the process.

The governor of Anambra state chief Willie Obiano, paid a visit to this in hospital and promised that the government will foot the bills.

According to police officer in charge, he said that the incident is not a case of Fulani raid nor Boko Haram of any kind.
He said it happened as fight between two men from same community based outside Nigeria which one is the owner of the church.
