LAWMAKER MADE TO KNEEL AND APOLOGIZE TO GOVERNOR ORTOM (SEE PHOTOS)

Hon. James Gbande, member representing Kwande East State Constituency was made to kneel down and apologize to Governor Samuel Ortom.

This was after he accused the governor of not doing his best  to end the killings by Fulani herdsmen in his constituency.
