A minor accident took place on Governor Ortom's way back from Zaki-Biam at about 4:30pm between Abakwa and Adi in Buruku local government area.
An oncoming vehicle, Carina Two, left it's lane and hit the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, bus which was part of Governor Samuel Ortom's convoy, No life was lost in the incident though one of the occupants of the Carina two car sustained serious head injuries and as since been rusher to the hospital.
The State NUJ Chairman, Comrade Kris Atsaka who was in the bus sustained minor injuries. See photos:
