More confession about stollen money for arms

Since the previous year, there has been the issue of arms deal with the NSA, Sambo Dasuki.

Dasuki has been in custody since 2015 for alleged sharing of the money that should be used in the purchase of arms for fighting of Boko Haram.

The Punch reports that former Nigerian leaders, traditional and religious leaders from across the country were implicated in the reports which President Buhari received on Thursday, October 27.

News24 Nigeria reported that a highly-placed security source, a top monarch in the north received money from Dasuki for his coronation while some former heads of state also got money for medical bills as well as travel expenses.

This saga happened during the Jonathan administration where $2.1billon was released.

Several Nigerians blamed and continue to blame Dasuki for doing that and that he is the cause of Nigeria not able to fight Boko Haram.

President Jonathan according to reports, has denied that it is not possible for Dasuki to steal such money since they procured slot for the nation concerning security.
