SHOCKING: Man beats his wife to death for denying him sex

A man named Josiah Johnson (42yrs old) of Ekiti state was remanded by the state court for allegedly beating his wife to death because she refused to give him his right of having sex with her

Sources have it that Johnson said that his wife denied him of sex saying that she doesn't want another pregnancy after given birth to seven (7) children.

Johnson according to report beat his wife and forced her to have sex with him which led to her death.

According to NAN, Oriyomi the prosecutor said the offence contravened Section 319(1) of the Criminal Code, Cap C 16, Laws of Ekiti State. 2012. But he sought an adjournment of the of the case to seek legal advice.
