The prize of tomato has crashed down from N25,000 to N800 per basket. 


Reports have it that buyers didn't believe what they saw in Kaduna market.

This is a good news for Nigerians as they have had much pain in buying of tomato for the past weeks/months, some said. 'Many could not even afford a cup not to talk of basket' said one Nigerian'.

According to sources, tomato price hike was as a result of 'tomato Ebola' which affected crops in many parts of the Northern states.
